Zone 1 included. Standard travel is included within 30 miles of Winslow, the primary service area. Extended travel, including Flagstaff (about 50 miles), is billed at standard portal-to-portal rates.
Net 15 / invoiced. Standard invoices issued upon project completion with Net 15 terms. Monthly retainer packages are billed on the 1st of each service month.
Client direct / cost+. Clients purchase equipment directly or via PlateauIT at cost plus a procurement fee. 100% hardware prepayment required prior to equipment orders.
Written proposals. Detailed written proposals and fixed quotes provided for network cabling runs, office migrations, server setups, and major infrastructure deployments.
